"Tikitikatot Draw! - Training for Trainers" is a one-year online drawing program we initiated for a group of tuition teachers in Surabaya, Indonesia from April 2021 to April 2022. In the program, we introduced important skills and theories for painting art. We also imparted the belief that drawing and painting is fun and enjoyable for everyone.
Before joining the program, some participants had little interest in drawing and painting. Some thought they lacked the talents and skills to draw or paint. After joining the program, they gradually overcame their reluctance. One of the most difficult hurdles for them was to overcome their denial of their creativity and talents.
